Fundraising Gala at the Loeb Boathouse, Central Park, New York

Our third gala was held at the Loeb Boathouse, Central Park, New York City on September 25 2018. Despite the stormy weather, over 100 attended for a great cause.

This year MCF funded close to 183 vocational scholarships, partnered with World Pediatric Project to send six surgical teams to St. Vincent reaching 235 Vincentian children, and funded the purchase through Hands Across the Sea of books for 14 primary schools in St. Vincent, reaching an estimated 3,700 children; providing remedial reading kits reaching an estimated 750 children; and provided two literary specialists, reaching an estimated 4,300 children.
