Directors
Annie Lukowski
Annie is an entrepreneur and award-winning storyteller who blends creativity, innovation, and strategic leadership to build ventures that address real-world challenges. Her work sits at the intersection of media, technology, education, and social impact, where creative vision meets practical execution.
Annie serves as Chairman and President of the Mustique Charitable Foundation, where she leads the organization’s mission to support education, healthcare, vocational training, and disaster relief initiatives across St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to community-driven impact and long-term sustainability.
She is currently launching Office Campus, a modern brick-and-mortar solution reimagining how students approach homework. Designed as a welcoming, distraction-free environment, Office Campus fosters focus, critical thinking, and academic success while offering an accessible alternative to traditional one-on-one tutoring.
Previously, Annie co-founded Privacy of Things, Inc., where she co-developed the patent-pending LIMB Laser, a technology designed to enhance privacy and security in connected devices. She also co-founded Vanishing Point Media, producing industry-leading virtual reality content for clients including Jimmy Kimmel Live, Banana Republic, and Toyota. Earlier, she co-founded WorkingBug Media, creating award-winning digital series such as Road to the Altar starring Jaleel White, which earned a PGA Award for Outstanding Independent Series. Her branded content work includes partnerships with USA Network, Jeep, Teen Vogue, and Maybelline.
Brian Alexander
Brian Alexander is a Director of the Mustique Charitable Foundation. Brians background is in Caribbean resort and property development. After a spell in London in the Rank Organisation Conglomerate he became a Director of Previews International property Company , a Partner in Turner International Resort development and then Managing Director of the Mustique Company for many years. Appointed by the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines as a Director of National Properties Ltd, created by the Government of St Vincent to develop its land assets. This was followed by consultancy for resorts in the Caribbean, Bahamas and Mediterranean . His charity work apart from Mustique includes the BECC ( British Empire Cancer Campaign) and work as a member of The Mercers Company which is the senior Livery Company of the City of London and is a major donor to many charities in England
Melissa Shaw Fleming
Melissa Shaw Fleming is a civic and philanthropic leader deeply committed to strengthening cultural, educational, and humanitarian institutions. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Bedford Playhouse, a nonprofit cinema and cultural center dedicated to enriching community life through film and the arts, and previously co-chaired the Playhouse’s 2021 gala, “Splendor in the Grass: Hollywood on the Green”.
Melissa also serves on the Board of Directors of the Worldwide Fistula Fund, a global partnership focused on restoring health and dignity to women suffering from childbirth injuries across sub-Saharan Africa. Together with her husband, Gregory, she played an instrumental role in raising the capital funds required to build the Danja Fistula Center in Niger, which opened in 2012.
In addition, Melissa is an active member of the Rusticus Garden Club, where she served as President from 2020 to 2022, advancing the organization’s mission to promote horticulture, floral design, and environmental stewardship. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Bedford Historical Society and co-chaired its 2025 Bedford Oak Party.
Melissa is a graduate of the Millbrook School and Colgate University and lives in Bedford, New York with her husband, where they raised their three children, Andrea, Charlotte, and Rory.
Ally Hilfiger
Ally Hilfiger is a multifaceted artist, producer, and creative director whose career spans film, television, fashion, literature, and fine art. She began as a performer, appearing on Broadway in “Abby’s Song” at City Center in NYC. She went on to producing the feature film, “Proud” before expanding into producing television projects such as “In the House with Ally Hilfiger” and “Rich Girls” for MTV, An AlA graduate of the Stella Adler Studio and HB Studio, she later brought her creative vision to the world of fashion—styling and producing runway shows for designers such as Tara Subkoff, Nary Manivong, and NAHM, where she also served as owner and creative director. As a visual artist, she has solo exhibited at Soho House New York, the Chelsea Art Museum, MILK, Gallery 33, Spring Break Art Fair, Art Basel Miami, in Marfa and Dallas Texas, as well as multiple galleries in Los Angeles.
Ally is also the co founder of Tepozan Tequila And sits on the Board of Radical Spirits Group. She is also co founder of Green Horizon, a massive cannabis growing operation in Coachella valley.
Ally worked on merging and co founding “The Global Lyme Alliance” and was on the board for over 6 years. She wrote her memoir about her battle with Lyme disease in 2015 entitled “Bite Me: how Lyme disease stole my childhood made me crazy and almost killed me”. Due to Ally’s significant advocacy in the Lyme disease world, she went on to be the executive producer of the award-winning documentary, “The Quiet Epidemic” which ultimately passed two bills in Washington DC to help with Lyme disease research.
Ally works as a full time painter in Los Angeles with her husband Steve Hash and Daughter, Harley.
Stephen Joachim
Stephen Joachim is a senior financial executive and long-time advocate for sport and community development in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of The Mustique Company since 2005, bringing decades of international accounting and financial leadership to the organization. A professional accountant qualified in both the United States and Canada since 1989, Stephen has built a career grounded in fiscal stewardship and organizational governance. In addition to his professional work, he has been deeply involved in advancing sport in St. Vincent, volunteering with local sports organizations since 1984 and previously serving as President of the Swimming Federation. Since 2013, he has served as a Board Member of the National Olympic Committee, further reflecting his enduring commitment to athletic development and community engagement.
Roger Pritchard
Elsa Toomey
Elsa Toomey brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial leadership, sustainable development expertise, and lifelong passion for the equestrian world to her work with the Mustique Charitable Foundation. A dedicated equestrian from an early age, she remains deeply committed to the growth and integrity of the equine community while thoughtfully applying her professional skills to charitable initiatives that strengthen local communities and support long-term, sustainable impact.
Elsa is the co-founder of Elterra Equestrian LLC, a hunter-jumper training and boarding organization dedicated to developing riders and fostering excellence in horsemanship. She is also the co-founder of Elterra Investments LLC, a Colorado-based multifamily real estate development and operations firm. Previously, Elsa spent over a decade at UDR, Inc., a leading S&P 500 multifamily real estate investment trust, where she held roles across community management and played a key part in advancing the company’s sustainable investment and ESG initiatives.
She is a graduate of the University of Denver, earning degrees in Real Estate and Construction Management and Economics. Elsa resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, Terrance, and their daughter, Logan.
Natalia Gill
Natalia Gill currently serves as the Project Director for the Mustique Charitable Foundation, a position she has held since 2022. She leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the Foundation’s key philanthropic initiatives, working directly with stakeholders, community leaders, and partner organizations to empower local projects and enhance programme impact across St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Natalia also prepares detailed financial documents for the MCF Board, ensuring every report is accurate, transparent, and fully compliant. Representing the Foundation at events, she maintains a poised and professional presence, fostering meaningful relationships and clear communication on behalf of MCF. She brings a rare blend of independence, meticulous follow-through, and genuine warmth—qualities that elevate every initiative she touches.
Since 2022, Natalia has also contributed her administrative expertise to the National Olympic Committee of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees (CANOC), supporting regional collaboration, governance, and the advancement of sports development. Prior to these leadership roles, she served as an Administrative Assistant with the Mustique Charitable Trust from 2019 to 2021, building a strong foundation in project support, organizational coordination, and community-focused service—skills that continue to define and strengthen her work today.
